Jeffrey Wik, President and CEO, brings to HealthPro’s executive team more than 20 years of experience in professional staffing and customer service. His strategic vision of providing high-quality, cost-effective staffing services was the basis for forming Blue Heron HealthPro.

A founder of management consulting and technology services firm Blue Heron Consulting, Jeff has wide-ranging expertise spanning the recruitment of personnel with specialized skills, project management, operations, business strategy, and training. He's demonstrated the remarkable value of his diverse knowledge in the energy, telecommunications, and finance industries. Jeff’s unwavering dedication to consulting and project management excellence is a key driver of the high quality of service Blue Heron HealthPro provides its healthcare clients.

Richard Harlock
Director

Richard Harlock, Director of Blue Heron HealthPro, has more than two decades of experience in both the clinical and administrative sectors of the healthcare industry, including facility operations, clinical service management, human resources/recruitment and staffing, and business development. Rick also brings to HealthPro 20 years of experience as a registered nurse.

Before joining Blue Heron HealthPro, Harlock spent two decades with Buffalo-based Kaleida Health System, one of the largest U.S. healthcare systems of its kind. As Administrator of Corporate Employment, Harlock established staffing processes resulting in significantly reduced vacancy rates in essential positions. The program was recognized by the Healthcare Association of New York State for achieving among the lowest “hot job” vacancy rates in the state.

Rick brings this same innovative approach to Blue Heron HealthPro, matching healthcare facilities with experienced healthcare professionals, reliably and affordably.
